A new agency in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region to support businesses

The Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Entreprises agency will serve as a one-stop shop for companies wishing to develop their business in the region.

The new regional economic agency for Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes was created in May 2018 and named "Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Entreprises". Funded by public authorities, it will serve as a one-stop shop for all companies needing advice on investment, export, innovation, employment, apprenticeship and training. A dedicated team will also provide foreign companies with specific support.

Significant resources to help companies invest in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes regions

The agency brings together 130 people from several local offices who will offer tailor-made solutions to French and foreign companies in terms of commercial premises, funding opportunities or information on how to create a company in France. The amount of support dedicated to companies will amount to 100 million euros.

The agency, co-chaired by Mr. Laurent Wauquiez and Mr. Jean-Dominique Senard, President of the Michelin Group, aims to support 10,000 companies per year with an emphasis on foreign companies planning to invest in the region.
